Winter Glow

Caique Polizeli is a Brazilian painter from São Paulo. In his early twenties he was a student of Bruno Passos and Odd Nerdrum.
His pictures are, like his master's, often freed from time and place. He can take on dramatic subjects, and exhibits both plastic and painterly qualities of a high class. In terms of colour, the paintings are of an unmistakable southern character.
Polizeli has participated in the Spanish ModPortrait competition and Die Entdeckermesse für zeitgenössische Kunst in Frankfurt. His pictures can be found in collections in the USA, Austria and Sweden.
In 2020, he was listed on a comprehensive list about the best living painters in the magazine Sivilisajonen.
