Red Self-Portrait

Haukøya (b. 2005) is a Norwegian painter who works within the classical figurative tradition. She is inspired by Greek antiquity, archetypes and old masters such as Rembrandt, Olga Boznanska, Caravaggio, Eugéne Carriere.

In 2021, she began an apprenticeship with Odd Nerdrum.
