On July 15th, the Pinakoteket opens the exhibition The Nerdrum Clan in The Grand Quarter in Larvik with a varied selection of paintings, drawings and prints. The exhibitors come from all over the world and most of them have been apprenticed to Odd Nerdrum.
The painter who adorns the poster for the exhibition with the work "Najade" is Kristine Onsrud and has been accepted for this year's edition of the State Autumn Exhibition.
Among the exhibitors we also find Turid and Öde, known from the series The Nerdrum family which aired on NRK earlier this year. The exhibition is organized by Bork Nerdrum, who runs the online gallery Pinakoteket, and is a collaboration with Grandkvartalet.
On the opening day, July 15, there will be musical performances, poetry recitations and a presentation of the new edition of the magazine Sivilisasjonen – one of the Pinakothek's proud partners.
